With its 250 Chicago concerts presented each year, reaching audiences totaling 75,000 adults and children, the International Music Foundation is a premiere classical music producer in the City of Chicago. 

Along with Chicago’s Do-It-Yourself Messiah – which the IMF created and has produced for 36 years – they present the highly-regarded Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concerts at the Chicago Cultural Center.  The series, now in its 35th year, is carried live on WFMT and presents emerging classical musicians 52 Wednesdays a year.

The International Music Foundation also brings the arts to the City’s public school children with hundreds of music programs each year through Live Music Now!
